These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of our digital products and services, including but not limited to GoHighLevel CRM snapshots, funnels, conversation AI, AI agents, prompts, templates, and related assets (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase and use our Services.
- By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You may not use our Services if you are subject to trade restrictions, sanctions, or embargoes under the laws of the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, or Australia.
2. Digital Products and Licensing
- All products offered through GHL Tourism Snapshot are digital in nature.
- Each snapshot purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within one HighLevel agency account only.
- You may use the snapshot across all sub-accounts and users within your single agency, but not across multiple agencies.
- You may not resell, redistribute, copy, share, or transfer any snapshot, funnel, AI prompt, AI agent, or digital product to another agency, company, or third party without prior written authorization from the Company.
- Violation of this licensing rule may result in immediate termination of your access, legal action, and/or damages.
3. Refund Policy
- All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
- Exception for billing errors: If you believe you have been charged twice or charged incorrectly, you must notify us by email at support@ghltourismsnapshot.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- We will review your case, and if eligible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method only within 14 business days.
- Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction, misuse, or failure to implement the purchased product.
4. Customer Responsibility & Travel Compliance
- We are a software product, not a seller of travel. GHL Tourism Snapshot does not sell, book, arrange, or guarantee any tour, transport, accommodation, activity, or other travel product. We provide CRM and automation software only.
- As a tour operator or travel business, you are solely responsible for the availability, pricing, scheduling, refunds, cancellations, and safety of every trip you sell, and for your own seller-of-travel registration, licensing, insurance, bonding, and consumer-protection compliance in every jurisdiction where you operate or sell.
- You are solely responsible for obtaining lawful consent before sending marketing or transactional messages, and for complying with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and all applicable SMS, email, data-protection, and privacy laws. All recipients must be able to opt out (for example, by replying STOP).
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the compatibility of our snapshots, funnels, AI tools, and other digital products with their HighLevel account or business needs before purchase.
- We are not responsible for misuse, improper setup, or failure to achieve specific results from our products.
- Customers are strongly encouraged to view product demos, schedule a consultation, or contact us at support@ghltourismsnapshot.com prior to purchase.
5. User Conduct
When using our website or services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Share, distribute, or copy our content or digital products without authorization.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.
- Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violations of this section.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content, digital products, trademarks, and materials provided on GHL Tourism Snapshot are the property of the Company or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any of our materials without prior written consent.

- We do not guarantee specific results, performance, or suitability for your individual business needs.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, GHL Tourism Snapshot, its affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our Services.
- Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to stop using them.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
- All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
10. Severability and Entire Agreement
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GHL Tourism Snapshot regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements.
